Our Policies

• Free Parking is available.
  
• Be respectful of other guests, when coming in from the canyons and/or if your wearing sunscreen before entering the HOT TUB.
  
• No loud parties and/or behavior that would disturb other guests and/or neighborhood.
• Absolutely No Smoking inside; Utah state law states you may not smoke within 25 ft. of a building.
  
• All illegal activity is prohibited.
• Pets are not allowed
• Minimum age to book is 18 yrs old/Adult.
• Children are welcome with an accompanying adult
• Children age 2 and under stay free

Check-IN: 3:00 PM or later as we have self-check in available.

All efforts will be made to have your vacation home cleaned and ready by your check-in time, but at times we cannot guarantee the exact time of occupancy due to unforeseen circumstances. Please do not arrive before the check in time. If arriving outside of check-in times, please call to make arrangements.

Check-OUT: 10:00 AM.

Check-out time must be met to allow cleaning to be completed for the next guest(s). Guests that occupy the property beyond 10:00 AM without prior approval will be charged a late check-out fee equivalent to $50.00 for each hour of occupancy beyond

the checkout time.

• Cedar Canyon Vacation Rentals is an exclusive property where every guest reservation is both important and special to us. If your travel plans change and you must cancel your reservation, please call us at least 14 days prior to your arrival date to cancel your reservation and receive a full refund. 
• Cancellations within 14 days of your reservation will be charged at full reservation price.
  
• Rates/policies are subject to change and vary during high impact periods and special requests.
